Onboarding Maximizing Funding Opportunities

This page is dedicated to getting you onboard and getting funded. This is a 3- step process that will require 45 minutes to 1.5 hours of your time over the course of the next 2 to 3 weeks.

The funding flow below is what you will follow after onboarding. To be clear, below is not the onboarding process itself; it is the process you will follow after your onboarding is complete and the campaign is launched.

This process/flow is designed to optimize and obtain funding.

  1. Send opt in/connection request to investor/GCEO team/message creation tools: GCEO team/message creation GCEO outreach platform
  2. Opt in investors automatically placed in your CRM upon opt in connection. Tools: CRM/API to LinkedIn
  3. Move investors through meetings and due diligence processes. Tools: GCEO team, Jon Flatt consulting Tele conf (zoom etc.) and CRM opportunity stages
  4. Close funding (Tools: GCEO team, Jon Flatt consulting)

Onboarding

Tools Needed for Optimal Performance

  1. Calendars: Google, Outlook or any other main stream calendar
  2. Booking calendar: (We highly recommend Calendly but HubSpot and other mainstream booking calendars will work) 
  3. Teleconferencing: (Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft teams) 
  4. Funding materials: investor deck, financials, supporting documentation. (If these are not yet complete, no worries please continue with the onboarding process) and discuss material with Jon Flatt. https://calendly.com/jflatt/30min

  3. Please share your materials/data room with the following email address. (need addresses here) We prefer google drive but can work with other platforms as well.
If you prefer that we create a folder for you in Gdrive and share it with you, please email us at GCEOonboarding@gmail.com (keep in mind we will own the folder)

Setting up and connecting to CRM

  1. Setting up your CRM
    We will use the information provided in your onboarding form to set up your CRM. You will receive an email from magicbullet.pro / your account manager with your login credentials.
  2. Tracking investor prospects
    Learn how to keep track of your investor prospects and stages in the Opportunity section.

  3. Zoom and booking calendar setup
    If you have not already, we recommend connecting your booking calendar (Calendly) to your regular calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook) and to your conferencing platform (Zoom).
