1. Term & Cancellation

After 60 days of service, the Client has the exclusive right to cancel this Agreement with 60 days' written notice at any time. Upon delivery to NFluint LLC of any such written notice of cancellation, this Agreement shall terminate ("the Termination Date"). Any and all monthly payments shall terminate on the Termination Date, and Client's credit card shall not be charged for any monthly fees after the Termination Date.

2. Client Acknowledgements

• All fees, services, documents, recommendations, communications, and reports will be kept confidential by Client and NFluint LLC. This confidentiality obligation remains in place before, during, and after this Agreement.
• NFluint LLC is not responsible for changes made by other parties not associated with NFluint LLC.
• Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other content provided to NFluint LLC are the intellectual property of the Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each element, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend NFluint LLC and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

3. $1,000 Money-Back Guarantee

After 9 months on the platform, if you have not been satisfied and have been operating in good faith, you may request a refund of $1,000.00. Good Faith is defined as using the platform at least 2 days a week, answering prospect requests within 48 hours, and following all optimization techniques provided by the Guardian CEO team.

4. Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

Any and all disputes will be settled through a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator in Texas or the Client's state of incorporation. Both parties must agree on the individual arbitration entity and the individual person conducting the arbitration.

Client agrees that chargebacks on credit card payments are not an acceptable form of dispute. Any dispute will be settled outside of the chargeback process and through mutually agreed-upon arbitration per this Agreement.
