Refund Policy

1. Refunds and Disputes

All sales are final. Any and all disputes about service will be settled through arbitration in the client’s preferred state. Both parties must agree on the individual arbitrator entity and the individual person conducting the arbitration.
 

2. Chargebacks

Chargebacks on a credit card payment are not an acceptable form of dispute. The client agrees that any dispute will be settled outside of the chargeback process.
 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If the arbitrator has decided in client’s favor and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jon@jonflatt.com
